video/editing help!!!!

i want a digital video camera which takes good quality videos, isn't too small but isn't too big.... what should i get?? plus i need a good editing program which is easy to use. I dont care about the prices yet, just tell me and ill look.

is there any other video camera that is under $500 and isnt too big and u can fit it in a small bag?? the other 1 is a bit too expensive....
