The bars seem legit.
Nobody really has their parts.
You could ask VNC but they would just tell you how legit they are because they make them. Not saying they aren't legit.
But yeah you should get them and make a review.

all of their parts look like RAD forks and bars and they have the zebra paint job

its a different paint job that looks simular to rads, the fork if anything is more simular to an inward fork

Our bars are different. Although the crossbars does go through the steertube like RAD V2's ours has backsweep. RAD doesn't. Our forks are cut at an angle on the outside of the fork legs and our forks have gussets. And as for the paint job, RAD offers a zebra paint job while we, VNC, offer a tiger stripe paint job and it comes in any colors of your choice. This post isn't mean't to hate on RAD it's just to clear things up. BTW better pics will be up on the site tonight.
