how do you measure vultures? by the top of the handle bars or the top of the bar between the handle bars?

bottom of the bars to the middle of the handle part. (where the grips go)
Same as all bars I think.

yea wat i ment from bottom of bars, then to the top of the bars just like anyother bar u said? cuz i was thinking it measues bottom to top of weilded peice in middle right below the bandlebars.

Nope, always to the center of the actual grip part of the cross bar
