Wanted: integrated phoenix Or tsi

I want an integrated Phoenix deck or a Tsi deck. I prefer the deck to be 4.5 wide and 82.5 or 83 degree headtube. Only have 150

i have a black phoenix integrated deck with brake and headset and no cracks but its only 4" not 4.5" would you still want to buy ?
