I think I'm gonna start stretching, my body is always sooo fucked up after a long session. Is there any way to stretch your back so it won't hurt as much when riding? I have a really bad back

I see your point if you were new at a park or saw skaters at a spot, but most of the time I warm up when I'm alone waiting for others. I find when I'm with others I naturally warm up faster anyway.
wat? riding scooters is physical activity. for most physical activities you're supposed to warm up by stretching and doing light exercise. i know what you mean by people doing their best tricks but there is definitely such a thing as warming up.there's no such thing as "warming up"
people just say they're "warming up" so that they have an excuse to make people think they aren't pulling out their best tricks; when really they are. they want to impress people. i mean i guess i ride around for a little but i never really ride to do tricks at the skatepark anyway

i warm up mostly just by riding to the spot and popping a few flat tricks or riding a park first and just cruising.
