Madis, I dunno if you have them in EST but here I've seen a few scooters called Jacknifes, and they have brakes exactly like Blades. I've seen them in Wal-Mart, but I dunno if Wal-Mart has invaded your country yet, lol. But yeah, just saying, if you come across a Jacknife scooter they have a Blade type brake. And they're only 20 USD.
