is there a website you can go to and just tell them what you want and they will make it for you or can somebody make me some 1 piece bars and i will pay you like 50 or 60 bucks
If you are willing to spend that much just throw in a little more and get BUFF bars unless you absolutely hate the way they look. They are just as solid as one piece bars and all the parts are interchangeable and if you are worried about weight... you wouldn't even be able to tel the difference.

buffs actually sound more reasonable. you can change literally everything on them unlike one peice.

buffs sound like a realy good i idea right now.

so, this might sound like a stupid question, but are the buff bars threaded at the bottom? (so u just have to turn them so they go on) or do u have to weld/bold em? and is that the case for all bars??

When bars have no threads at the bottom, it doesnt change anything. With mild steel, after you leave the clamp done up for a while, threads start to come in the inside of the bars.

Or if you want, then search out how much would cost a bank transaction from your American bank account to Estonian bank (Hansapank) and if the transaction fee suits you, i'll be happy to make 1-piece bars.

nope. Only chromoly. Aluminium crossbars would bend eventually and i don't think you want your scooter to suck bad.

Aluminum crossbars are almost as strong and half the weight so they don't really suck at all.

Give me one good reason why aluminium BMX bars aren't made if they are half the weight.

We are talking about scooter bars not BMX but if you want reasons.

1) BMX bars are way wider.
2) BMX bars have to be bent and T6 aluminum cracks if it is not annealed before it is bent and welded then heat treated so it would be way more lengthy a process.
3) BMX bars have huge amounts of rise compared to a scooter with NONE which means there is probably 10 times more force being exerted on them.
4) BMX bikes are like 20lbs. heavier than a scooter so when you fall the impact is a lot more on the bars than a scooter falling.
5) BMX bikes are not scooters.

Look at how many kids are still riding STOCK aluminum Razor bars and doing fine. So why wouldn't a high grade after market aluminum bar not work better??? Even though I already know it does because I have had people testing them for months now.
