Wee v1

Someone i know has quit scootering and he is selling his wee v1 bars ( the ones with the diagonal gussets).
He selling them for �£35-40 ($57-65).
Do you think it is worth it, i have heard they are really heavy.

wait are they the ones that look like the proto wing bars> if so then i would deff buy them if i was you, lol.

but ive heard they are proper heavy, i felt the weight of his scoter before he quit, it was stock except for the bars and it weighed quite a bit more than my scooter which had alu box reinforcements and seatpost bars
iwould buy them for say �£25 but he is wanting �£40, he has got to be kidding there like that much brand new now
 
get them, there really rare, i would defo buy, and if you dont, then IMO youll be an even bigger tit than you were before

get them, they could be like a collectors item in the future.
and they'd look gnar with scs.

seriosly, why doesnt madis make them anymore if there so good. any way got a rite deal : �£30 ($48) i got the bars, a green machine ;) , stock wheel, odyssey grips (white), some clamps and 4 bearings. lol
EDIT: he offered me a 1 peice deck at first with the bars, and i said no because it was a zoom and they are pretty crap.

They are not as good as i thought they would be which is why i'm not producing them anymore. And those particular 23x18 steel bars weigh around 1400-1500 grams without grips/barends, which is a lot more than an avarage chromoly handlebar. An avarage chromoly bar at THAT size (23x18) weighs around 1050-1200 grams (depending on the thickness of the crossbar, gussets or supports). It will make you feel that your scooter weighs like a tank but it will also stabilize your scooter a lot more. After using this v1 for a while, scooter with chromoly bars will feel really light whenever you decide to go with chromoly.

For �£30 along with grips, wheels and barends, it's a good deal.

yeh man im going for it, they are 21x18 tho
EDIT: I have heard that heavier bars mare your tailwhips faster if youve got a light deck.
