Weld or... bolt?

im going to reinforce my scooter, but.... i have come to a problem, i dont know weather to bolt or to weld?
what do you people think i should do. ?
discuss and argue.

Welding is more simpler.. No rattling, No coming loose, Most likely stronger.

bolt bolt bolt bolt bolt, just a total waste to weld it, pretty much equal strength? uhmm?

However, I can tell you this, no need to weld it, and you can take it off whenever. Just get nyloc nut bolts if you get bolts and if your using the front bolts on the scooter as bolts, itll hold up great still
