Adding 7" to the height of your bars? Lol! If you get the welding done make sure you heat treat the 4130 after....

22 is gonna be kinda high for you.

im like 4'11" or 5' havent checked for a while and i ride 21.5

I suppose it does get down to preference, so there isn't really a designated bar height for anyone. I'm just judging by the general rule of thumb.

I used to prefer shorter bars, but I started getting back problems so I had to get higher bars, now I like higher bars more. No higher than 22 or 23 though.
