im not trying to be a dick either, but ive seen to many kids saying shit like this. yea i guess it is his responsibilty, but when hes a one man team doing all these orders himself he cant jump and respond to every little thing asap.
no offense but i'd like to see u or anyone else saying this to try and live 2 or even 1 day(s) in buffs shoes.

Maybe he's a perfectionist, like me.
I have to be the one that works on my scooter, and when I'm making parts for it, I'm the only one making them.
If I had a huge company like him, I wouldn't trust other people to help production, because what if they messed up?
If he hires people and they mess up, he gets hurt.
