if he can't consistently meet this standard, he should change it.
its not fair for someone to be told when they should expect there purchase, and still not recieve it two weeks after they expected it.
And for all of you saying "well hes got millions of other things to deal with" thats his problem, and he should let people know what to expect.
also the fact that aaron said his mom has emailed buff numerous times with no response is not exceptable at all in a business.
