What are my options for 4.5 decks?

I haven't been paying attention to aftermarket parts for the past few years, and the only 4.5 wide deck I know of is on the MGP Nitro. Are there any other's out there? Preferably something that fits all standard forks so I don't have to mess with them to get them on.

a lot of companys that make decks offer them in a 4.5 size. look it up.
