Are they made out of like thin aluminium? Because stock bars weigh around 550-600 grams.

FrenchID Bars 7k Alu, and are heat treated.

I ordered Rads, can't wait for em :)

I made a light pair of bars before, they have holes drilled under the grips, kinda like McNeil Silencer Bars.
I still have em sitting in my basement.

Yeah man. All websites selling bars should choose a standard size and specify the weight of them. That would help people out a lot and they wouldn't have to worry about getting false information from people who have never rode them.

Wee bars are not the lightest but mid weight, 18 wide by 24 high are about 1040 grams

2024 aluminum is heat treatable with high strength, good machinability and fair corrosion resistance. It welds very poorly.

if you are looking for light bars dont get C4's they are sooooo heavy.
but i still love them great bars.
i think your best intrest is to wait and see how much the inward aluminum bars weight once they come out.

Inward posts the weight of their bars on their website. You can figure it out for any size bar. Look at the table and than ask RAD , C4 and others to tell you the weight of that same size bar. Then you will know!

Almost all aluminum is heat treatable with high strength, good machinability and fair corrosion resistance. It welds very poorly.
