What are these bars?

I cant describe them,It looks like somekind of clamp on your bars,There silver,If you go on the broken parts thread on the first page JonnyDogg has them

Well no but there are sz 3 piece, lucky 3 piece, or u cud just take some tubing and get an ADA racing stem

they are painted buffs with a metal pole for holders..
