What do you want in a deck?

The demensions I would like to have are:
* 21 Inches long
* 4.5 Inches wide
* 4130(not sure if that right or not) Chromoly(If that possible)
* The foldy to look like Fernando's Sprite foldy Except Wider with Triangle Reinforcements at the Bottom
* And One Piece

Please tell me that you know the first step to a one piece deck, is to make a jig. You can't just eyeball and weld pieces together, just won't work, nothing will come out alike.

Internal headset, 4.5 width, one inch shorter than Pro Model length, headtube rake to 82-83. T6 Alu. Perhaps a deck with slight concave shape? I always did like a little concave. Like the old AW decks had. Barely noticeable, but enough to make your feet stick a little more to the deck, and more responsive on tailwhips when kicking the deck into whip.

build it just like a tsi, but with a slightly less steep headtube angle, and i mean slightly less. gussets where the headtube meets the deck, and to have the top of the deck rails drilled out like andrew broussard's xt deck.

i think what ill do is have one size, and then you can order customs for a lil more money

if you have the money, use 2024-t3 aluminium, its slightly lighter and quite stronger than 6061-t6, which is what tsi's and pro models use, make it 1-1 1/2 inch LONGER than a pro and about 4.5 wide with a very slight concave, and compatible with 125mm wheels

same width as a pro
same length as a pro
same angle as a pro, maybe like 80
tiny bit of concave would be sick
square headtube
intergrated headset
relatively the same weight but wayyyy stronger of course

:)
