Atm i have drone majesty v2's, only because i snapped my scorchers and my friend was selling them cheap, there ok i guess but im not really diggin them and hate the oil slick colour.

Thinking of getting the new ethic merrow SCS V2 or tilt nimbus, any other ideas?

yeah my friend has the legacy and they have lasted him ages but the nimbus are just eye candy haha
Yea the nimbus are pretty sweet looking hahaha but I'm sticking with the legacy because of the massive built-in topcap whereas the nimbus just has the threads

I prefer the integrated star nut over the TILT top cap design. Stays tight, doesn't strip and it's easy to align your SCS and forks.
I've been running Nimbus forks for around 14 months, since the first coloured ones came out and have never had a problem with them besides the axle being shitty. I'd get them over Ethic forks.

nimbus it is then haha?
I would still go legacy if you can. The top cap is the greatest thing ever. I never had to tighten my compression a single time in the first year I had it. The thing never comes loose and you know the things not stripping because of how big the threads are. And it even uses a 6mm allen key opposed to the 5mm you would get with the nimbus.

When I had Legacy forks it was so hard to get to SCS and forks straight. If I twisted the SCS it would loosen or tighten the compression. I had Phoenix Phorx for a year and had Nimbus forks for 14 months and never stripped them, so I don't think stripping is a problem. I think what size Allen key they take depends on how old the forks are, I had my first pair that I bought brand new at the start of 2013 and they used a 5 mm bolt and had a slightly shorter fork tube, then I got a hella old pair off my mate and they needed a 6 mm and had a fork tube the same length as the Nimbus. I found that the top caps are way easier to round off compared to a regular bolt.
