Hidden internal compression.
Compresses your headset inside, where it can't be seen. Only works with oversized bars.

Inverted is weaker than both of them, invisible, and more of a hassle. Parts are annoying to get, but it gets the job done.

VNC i don't know. Visible, Clamps onto fork which presses the headset down too? Bars clamp onto that.

SCS is also visible. Best option of them, but also most expensive. put onto fork, then you tighten a bolt into a starnut placed into your fork. which compresses the headset, then tighten that.
requires slit-less bars to work well, or cut existing bars 2 inches off, including the slit. threadless forks required for any compression system.

I'm glad you searched, but this thread is a year old.

You have to take your bars off to tighten the compression. Because it's under your bars.
