What kind of ear buds/ headphones do you use when you scoot?

i usually have them in one ear when im riding with people, and both ears when i'm alone.

i don't listen to my music loud at all so i can hear stuff easy

ipod earbuds if im listening to my shuffle. bose over ear headphones if im listening to my 30gb

do they like stay on your head good?

if im just flowing around the park and stuff they are alright but any really quick head thrusts or w/e then start to fall off.
