Adobe Master Suite CS3 (eg. everything adobe cs3- AE,Premiere Pro, flash, photoshop etc.)

Adobe is the way forward. Final cut just doesn't cut it for me (no pun intended), however Motion (kind of like apples version of After Effects) is rather nice.

Oh yea also, I need to start using On Location on my laptop, its such a good piece of software.
