what matriel should i use for my bars i want it super light but strong and thick

That's retarded though. Might as well make something that will work, and keep working and not have to be re welded or replaced after a few months.

Im going to be making some integrated clamps on some bars that I have designed. I'm not going to thread the clamp itself , I'm gunna use nuts on the end od the bolts just so I have no stripping involved

my dessighn ive speen 3weeks perfecting it has 3 reinforcemants there slayers with 3 diagnal bars on each side witha 1 inch gap between them

EVerything breaks sooner or later. And if his design is cool I would really like to see the end result.

I would too to be honest. I just would rather him just not be dissappointed if he actually does this and gets a stripped nut or overtightens it and snaps off the threaded side.

To Dirt Clod: Pretty decent idea actually, you wouldn't have to worry about stripping. Only thing is over tightening and snapping of the two pieces the bolt goes through.
