what new set up to get?

vx2100 or vx1000
nikon d40 or nikion d70

im not sure what cam to get im geting a mk1 whit eaither of them i knoe the colors are amzing on vx1000 but idk if i want something more up to date

whit the nikons i knoe a little about them but it will be my frist camra soo im not sure even if i will get a nikon

If you want your footage to be blue, and you film at night alot, go with the vx2100. If not get the vx1000, but it wont have a lcd screen for looking back at footage, and you'll have to upload the footage with another camera to your computer (Not good for that old of a camera to do that.)

well your pretty much gonna spend aroundddddd the same amount if you get a vx1 or vx21 bc most all VX1's have had repairs on them so the seller wants to get more money out of it bc of broken viewfinder cables, bad heads, ect. those are the 2 things that go wrong with the vx1. and the vx21 is just newer. if you look hard enough im sure you can find a good deal on one or the other. but when it comes down to it. its all personal preference. you got die hard vx1 and vx21 fans so be careful who you ask. haha but if i was you i would get the vx1. just make sure you know everything about the camera before you buy it. ya feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel me?
