its compression its not a quad clamp. the first to bolts clamp the fork and your bars rest on that little platform on the inside and those 2 bolts tighten the bars. your fork and bars do not touch. thats how it is. read and search. and everyone that poste dint his..wtf instead of bagging on the kid why dont you help hi out? pricks. and dont cuss people out unless highly deserved.

SCS needs NON slitted bars, (theres options on most scooter sites for SCS compatible.). IT IS NOT A QUADRUPLE CLAMP. It's for threadless forks and does not go all the way on the bars BECAUSE IT'S DESIGN IS NOT TO BE A CLAMP.
