When i had them

i would kinda just pull back and throw my head and bend my knees a little bit
but after i started getting them cleaner i would look back and spot my landng

Depends.
Small boxes: Tuck knees to chest and try to get my head to touch my ass.
bigger boxes: Lean forward then haul everything else backwards, to get over zem.
flyouts: Lean back, mah boi.

i do that when i have a nice ramp and the speed
