What camera should i get the Panasonic PVGS 83 or the Panasonic PVGS 85? Im leaning more towards the 85 because of the light. I am also getting a Kenko fish eye. What are your guys thoughts and opinions on these cameras and them with the Kenko fisheye?

Conor davidson- DO NOT GET A KENKO FISHEYE SAVE UP FOR A BABY DEATH. Id look into getting a gs320 since I heard good reviews.

I got myself banned.
Ehh Kenko is fine. Baby death is better quality glass, looks sweeter, and a bit wider, but if your on a budget Kenko does the job. $300 vs $50...

Brian what camera do you think that I should get the 85 or the 83? And I don't need to buy a step up ring for both because both cameras lens sizes are 37mm right?

I got myself banned.
I dont really know what the differences are, but the model numbers are so close they sound like the same camera. If the lens is 37mm you won't need a step ring for almost every lens.

Hahaha, true. If your gonna invest more than $200 on a camera, why completely destroy it by throwing a piece of shit on top of it?

According to Centuries site baby death is $395. I just got one last week for $100 for my DCR-HC90 with a step up ring.

and i can still get it at the end of the school year but i'm not in to serious filming, like i thought i was a couple months ago, i'd rather save the money for a car i want.

and i'm asking for a tonika (sp?) fisheye, off shoe cord and a flash for xmas and plan to get slaves later
