Whats better, Sealed or Unsealed?

Someone recently told me Unsealed spins faster.
And I said no, can someone please help?

sealed is better spins the same but much smoother and sorry but this is a dumb post

Sealed spins less but spins more smooth.

unsealed spins more but spins noisily and less smooth.
