Sometimes people don't have money to buy parts separately, hence why companies offer a complete at a cheaper price.

It's a damn nice scooter, you won't regret it.

Those are the plastic core ones that seem amazing, i might get a pair of 110 because i dont mess up cores, just flat spot the shit out of my wheels

the complete does not come with the re-placeable urethane.
