This is only necessary on bikes/fixies if you mean rotate the tires, which is also impossible on a scooter, you can swap the front and back but I only suggest it if you do Alot of slides on one wheel and not the other

you should do it because your back wheel wears faster than the front, so it will make for even wear.

I don't know what the hell everyone in here is talking about.

Yes, you should rotate them. Not necessarily from front to back, but you should be turnin the wheel around and putting it back in. Wheels typically wear faster on the side that you naturally spin, and this will help them wear evenly.

Maybe once or twice a month though, definitely not necessary every couple days.

no you should flip them how you said, but you should also swap back and front because unless youre constantly doing sliders and stuff with your front wheel, the back will get worn out at a faster pace
