I heard metal cores dont slide that well.
What are some good wheels for sliders and stuff.

Any wheel is good for sliders, as long as it rolls. It depends more upon the surface on which you're doing the slider than the wheel.

the core has nothing to do with it. it all depends on the urethane and the surface you are riding on
