clean dehubing is when theres no ureathane on the core

Yeah. But if you chunk the shit out of it, but not ALL the urethane is off the wheel they wont refund it. "Dying" wheels doesnt do anything to the urethane at all. Proto is just a bitch to warranty your shit. He doesnt understad that people trade wheels. You would have to leave your wheel in dye for about a month for it to maybe have a lasting impression on the wheel/glue.

Any warranty from just about any company is dependent on whether or not one is the original owner. We're not a huge company that can replace three year old wheels that wore down because someone used the brake.
