When are they coming?

I ordered some Lucky NW's almost a week ago. (On November 7th exactly) I still have not gotten a notification of shipping. I got an email that confirmed my order and tells me to wait until it ships and I will receive tracking number. I still am awaiting that email. But shouldn't it have been shipped after a week? Is it just that they are really busy with a lot of orders? Are tomatoes really a fruit? Can anybody help me? Please, anybody that can give some helpful info, reply.

Takes about 2 and half weeks average. There shipping is really fucking slow.
