whip to bars flat

i can whip catch flat pretty decent but when ever i got to throw the bar, the whip start spinning again, the deck just comes off my feet. any help? i can whip bar out of quarters easy and rotor whip flat.

throw the bar as late as possible.

Just stomp down hard on the whip and catch it high, throw the bars when you stomp

I gotchu. the most important thing is a fast whip, the faster the whip the more time for the bar which means better landings.
secondly if the deck keeps spinning then try pulling up as your baring.
also make sure your getting both feet back on the deck as fast as you can. commit and expect to land it. you got it.
