It's either not german (there are a few languages that sound similar to it) or I suck understanding spoken language, I think it's actually pretty hard when it comes to German.

I speak German fairly well, but I can't make out what is being said, it's too fast...It could also be dutch or one of those crazy languages that sound kind of like german...

Edit: I did it backwards at a few different speeds and cant make anything out. I guess its just jibberish or some crazy language
