Started riding early 2001, searched for videos on Kazaa and found one of Al Lampton double whipping flat, found SKAT, Skiwi and Razor Pros on Google. Rode with 2 other guys for about 6 months until they got out of it then about 2 years after riding alone I finally met up with Josh Toy, Ricky Wernicke and Chris Diagle and the rest is history.

I forget who introduced me to SR though.

Went to the skatepark a few times but only because they didnt let bikes in my free park, i only did it for fun but didnt think id ever take it seriously. But then i met this other kid john who was pretty good, and he told me about matt. John quit but we started riding with matt and matt pretty much got me into it and KEPT me in it. Im so glad im doing this now.

myself.

was searching for scooter sites, found it, signed up, and i was like wow this is gay. (didnt see there was a forum lol) (early june 05)

so like a few days later i was searching through recently visited sites and all that shit, and i saw the forums. so i went instantly to the videos section because i was very excited to see other riders. I saw ryan whetstones micro insanity video (i think..) and i was simply in awe. I was like "i haveeeee to post my video!".

I sat there, staring stupidly at the screen, and was like "how in the hell do i do this" I then proceeded to go to one of the other video threads and see how they had gotten their video online. Savefile was the culprit (everyone did downloadable then, it was and is way better)

So I uploaded my video to savefile, showed everyone. I remember Steven Tongson telling people off because of my bar height, "if he wants to ride high bars then leave him alone" and im pretty sure he said something about how there were few original riders or something.
(mid-june 05, the video was from footage collected up until may 25th though)

I filmed a bunch more stuff and basically threw both videos together into mini 1.5 haha. I actually got some positive comments on it and i was so happy. (July 05)

Eh at the end of all this:
i could keep typing but i realize this is not the thread for this response, if someone wants to make that thread, ill gladly copy and paste and keep typing lol.

hahaha and i thought i was bad at telling life stories in the wrong thread lol actually im probably still worse lol my mini 3 thread lmao

scooter vids got me into ridin esp. Eric Austins vid he is god but i realised that there are better riders. My mate david told me bout this site
