Addy, I was in Tucson the other day, I might be coming down again soon, hit me up.

Anyways.

I've seriously tried to get a contest started in AZ for a year now and every park I ask, they tell me the same thing "Scooters aren't build for this park and we can't get the legal documents to allow a contest" So good luck with that.

John and I are starting to plan a transit type thing with a 4-5 day skatepark tour throughout Arizona. Because that would be more exciting than a contest and we don't have to go through getting sponsors and stuff.

So i'm telling you right now its pretty much impossible to get a contest in AZ because we don't have one private owned park thats open to the public

shelby ur dumb i know the main insurance reason why scooters arent allowed and we could have a contest at any park that allows scooters like tempe we just have to actually try from what i heard last time u bailed on the meeting i will get one started trust me even if its ghetto it will still be sick transit in az would be sick but i wont like the riders going so im ovs that

I'm down to ride with any of you guys whenever. Both Tucson and Phoenix areas have great street but all the parks that are worth riding are definitely in the Phoenix area. I ordered more buff bar materials the other day so I should have a stable scooter in roughly 2 weeks. I'm down for a more Transit type thing rather than a comp. I wanna have complete fun with it and not deal with competing against one another. I suck at park comps anyways. Either way I'm down for whatever.

Off-Topic but kind of still on topic concerning "Transit" type things. Since it seems transit is a dead project I was thinking about starting a "SCOOT:_____" video series through SR starting with Scoot Ohio if Dylan is down to do that because I am working on that video right now with all the footy we got from that trip. I want to do a "Scoot Diego"/"Scoot SD" video this winter during that week of the comp here and then if you guys seriously wanted to do a Scoot AZ thing I could help out and get a legit series rolling not just one video.

hah.. hahahaha.

Not everything is about contests, there arent any videos that even come close to how good some of the skate/bmx vids are, and a well done scooter video will get us major rep.

well anyways, this isnt really similar to how transit went down, it will be organised into days, but alot more riding and a different approach.

DXG and ASC are going to organise it, and feature our own riders as well as a few others.

It will be on dvd of course. =)

Chris, tanner, john, jason, cody, raymond, kenny, dustin, and ryan but he doesnt ride alot.

I ride more now, but just never with anyone outta town cause gas is way to gay. But yeahh I can get to Arizona and possibly bring people if they pitch in cause I have grandparents out there.
