As expensive as SCS, and .. yeah, just unnecessary.
Why not just get two half knucks?

why would it have to be expensive they could make it cheap

beacause everything is about money, think about this, the knuckle takes about 20 dollars for all the materials then for the actual creating of it, and they sell it for 65. or something like that. why? beacause they can and its one of the best ways to make money, but im sure you already know that.

the knuckle takes about 20 dollars for all the materials
Let's say it is $20 for the material. Then it's CNC'd, anodized, and laser engraved. Then the Proto Star compression cap also has material cost and has to be machined. Then there's also the 5 bolts and the 1 1/8" starnut.

So yea, you forgot some.

its the most pointless idea ever, no offence obvioustly, but you'd have to make a hugeee slit, and really really long forktubes for it to work properely,

Joe brings up a good point, hardly any forks have steerers that would even necessitate a quad clamp. Just get half knucks.

why the fuck would you want one? there is one mutts quad clamp and it looks like absolute ----- the tootsie rolls in my toilet could clamp my bars better and for free. half knucks are amazing, no need for a fucking quad clamp
