Teams more or less are a more developed form of a crew on this site, when they are supposed to be more like a company in reality.

crews are just a way to get together with your friends, and have something to call yourselves as a whole.

there isn't anything wrong with having a crew, just don't talk yourselves up or act like a real company unless you have the validity to do so.. or me and everyone else will pee on you.
