will an unthreaded SR fork work without a compression bolt????

yea i just bought an unthreaded Sr fork off of a scooyorker.......will it work without the compression system???

yeah it will work it'll just get wobbly after a while though, depends what bars you use, i found that buffs hold the threadless fork better , stocks are horrible without a compression system, and most one peices will work as long as you have a threadless headset. i ised to run my thredless sr forks with no compression, only prob was that i had to hit my forks on and tighten them lots, and often.

you will really regret not getting one, i sure did. you can ride without one, but your bars will keep coming up/off the fork slowly and you will have to keep fixing them. your headset will get destroyed

thanks guys lol. yeah but now jon reyes needs the fork back...so im giving it back and im just gonna get a freestyle fork.....yeah and whats the diff. between standard compression and inverted...and will inverted work with the freestyle fork??
