What is it? If they are reinforcement for a pro model deck , then no , they won't fit. They have different sizes and some are way too big for pro model decks and some are small that won't help.

I am designing deck reinforcements for pro models which will be sold soon.

The link does not work so I am just guessing what your question is about.

I got myself banned.
It will probably fit, but after shipping charges, your better off just going to the store and buying a new a from a store and stripping in for parts for like $25

Yeah, buying stock headset parts from Micro seems like some of the most unreasonable things to do, lol. Just go to the nearest bike shop and buy a threaded headset and/or have it replaced.
