Wobbly bars and forks?

I just got the new Tilt scs, and I installed it but now my bars and fork wobble a little bit in the head tube. It was a little wobbly before I got the scs, but it's a lot worse now. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I watched a video to make sure I set it up right, and it's tight. But I still have the stock headset from my old scooter, haha. I thought that was probably it, but I just wanted to make sure. So a new headset should make things better?

maybe youre forks are a tiny bit too tall, when i first got my scs the gat between the lip in the clamp and the topf my fork was about 1 cm, and when i tightened it all the way, the same thing happened, it compacts quite alot when you tighten it

Could be many things.
What kind of fork is it?
do your bars have slits?
did you tighten the headset before the bolts?

I have stock fuzion elite forks, and I cut the slits off of my bars. Sorry for the dumb question, but what do you mean tighten the headset? I thought only threaded headsets could be tightened.

Tighten that bolt inside the SCS b4 you tighten 4 clamping bolts.
