wood scooters

My scooter broke so I started experimenting with wood decks. I finally made a good one out of brazilian cherry. Its the lenth of a pro and about an inch wider. it is strong and will probably last me a while. I put the deck between two chinder blocks and jumped off of a four foot lader several times and it barely flexes. my camera got stolen so I cant take a pic but when my mom gets home from work ill use hers.

it is totally weak. i was checking one out at sharper image and it flexed so much when i stepped on it.

They're wider, I'm sure the concave helps, and people usually land over the trucks. That's when they break, when they land in the middle or on the nose/tail.
