Too late, Today was the last day too get it turned in, You can still try and turn it in, but they said after today anyone who turns in a form is going to be put on a waiting list.

My Dad called Today and they said we had to Fax it to them before Five o'clock today (Jan 27th) or I'd be put on a waiting list, They E-mailed me the Final papers and I filled them out and sent it back.
