mutts doesnt even have a SCS and stock ultra pro wheels are really good for price.

Ya ultra pro wheels are great for cost , I personally don't like ultra pro bars mine broke at the slits and I had em for a month or something and I'm not hard on bars my stock schwinn scooter bars lasted me 1 yr but the ultra pros lasted a month

razor arent all that bad. ther were the only ridable scooters for a long time. yes now there are a lot better decks out there. but District decks are just crap. two mates broke three of these decks between them. these two guys dont ride hard at all. yet the decks broke in less than 2 weeks. walk into the local 2 dolla shop and you will find better decks. and no im not a district hater. there bars are great. its just that these decks arae the biggest fail ever when it comes to deck design. go on try to name a worse deck that you can break in less than 2 weeks, not even an A class. DISTRICT=Fail on decks
