It's like a Mini HIC, I would use it with standard bars, kinda linke blunt IHC, I am going to sand down the thread on a rup fork and see how it goes. Here is a picture:

Well a way to make it stronger is jam another tube/weld some more metal onto the inside. Jamming a small tube in there to a snug fit seems the easiest though.

DONG! You've got it, just get a snugly fitting piece of metal tube, and a starnut to match then you've got yourself a mini HIC!

Haha you can't sand the fork down to 1 inch... not to mention, how would it even be straight. The walls are like less than 1/8" thick, and the forktube is 1-1/8"... You wouldn't have any fork to sand down lol.

That still wouldn't work, the shim needs to be just like the Blunt shim. It would have to go down below the top headset cap, and the forktube would have to go down below there too. If not, the shim wouldn't hold anything in place, because it's smaller than the crown race and top cap.
