WTB Cheap as possible deck with headset

I really don't have any cash, and not really any parts to trade, so I wanna get a new deck for as cheap as possible. I really want a District V2 because of the width and so I can use the headset I have now, but any new deck would be good. Old 4.5 Luckys, Ultra Pros, whatever. I'm desperate, and I don't have anything to ride. Please, someone help me out?

Have you tried to call up VertX on that? I'd imagine that'd be some kinda warranty coverage. Can I get pics?.
