whcih was not enough for me to know for sure so i assumed it was the same with them as well.
Ive contacted 3 news (television) stations about the comp and 1 newspaper. hopefully someone shows up haha.

Many people look at this sport as childish and with your help I think it could get more recognized in the area. There are riders from ALL over the world, United States, Canada, South America, Europe, Australia, and China, and those are just the ones I personally know of. This fast growing sport is gaining more and more respect from the public eye every day. With competitions in Lakewood, New Jersey at The Incline Club (February 25, 2006), Tacoma Washington at Thrill Zone (April 1st 2006), and one coming up right on your front doorstep, Buffalo, NY at Xtreme Wheels skatepark. 356 Hertel Avenue.
This competiton will have riders from all over the country competing for the prizes and the respect from other riders. This event will be HUGE.
This brings me to the point of me coming on your website. I wanted to inform you about this competition coming up because you could possibly be interested in covering it. No other stations in the area know of it (as of yet) and it would be a great way to say that Channel 2 really finds those stories that are unique. How many times do you think that a scooter competition such as this will be right in Buffalo for you to cover? Not often.
(The sports section of Channel 2 could cover this comp in a way as showing it as an 'up and coming' sport)
Please WGRZ, cover this comp! I promise you that if you do so there will be sooo much great footage availible of not only riding, but you could interview riders and get their opinions on scootering and do a whole story on it. I wanted to let you know about this competition in advance so you could contact who you needed to contact in order to make it work.

o shit bri, when you find out what hotel you are staying at please tell me, i forgot all about the hotel crap situation thingy
I mapquested not long ago time it would take to get to XW from my house and it was like just over an hour.
From here to just past silvercreek there is like no traffic ever. Its a 2 lane interstate (toll)... and people go like 70 or 80 (or in my friends cases 100) and hardly ever get caught. Its normally a 45 minute drive there if your going at or just under the speed limit.
If you know how to drive at all you should be fine in getting there in under an hour. I know when ill be going iwth my mom it will be over an hour because... its a mom. haha.
Oh and from my house to alex's house was an hour and 15 minutes... in rush hour. and we passed the way to XW on the way there.
Whole trip to Alex's took about 2 and a half hours total.
Alright to the point.

-KC is staying in a hotel with Razor
My house = Empty.
If anyone wants to come chill or whatever basically everyone (unless i say otherwise) is more than welcome to come stay. I got a max of like 3 people who can stay with me who are getting rides from me and like a max of 5 total regardless.
