Xtreme Wheels Competition: Judging

We need to get this planned out as soon as possible.

Divisions:Intermediate, Advanced, Best Trick

If your coming and your up for it, say so.
Best suited will do the judging. We need 3 people from each division and if you're not riding in one of them you can judge. Also you can judge only one or multiple if you want.






Judging Criteria:

Style (100 points)

Difficulty (100 points)

Consistency (100 points)

Variety (100 points)

Amplitude (100 points)

Total: 500 points.

Top 5 riders in each category will move on to finals.

Advanced Format:
Each rider gets 3 sessions... 1 rider at a time... lowest score of 3 sessions gets tossed.

Intermediate Format:
Each rider gets 3 sessions....2 riders at a time... lowest score of 3 sessions gets tossed.

And im assuming that we are just taking the average of the 2 sessions that werent tossed and thats how we are determining the score? and then from there that tells us who moves on to finals and whatnot.

dear V fox : xw is by lake eerie in NY 1 state away please come .. its on july 22nd. but ive been getting screwed with the flyer .. brians computer crashed .. myles i tryed sending logos and he was bitching . Ollie (uk) said school works in the way Jordan said he would do it but seeing nothing

ive tryed to make a flyer but cant set it up with out makeing it look bad !mistrust

I can make the flyer if you really want me to, but i will guarantee it will suck terribly. I have some knowledge of photoshop and stuff.

Oh and about the "there is no beginner" thing... I took all that information straight out of your AIM profile earlier today.

I own SR.
I think judging criteria is a lot more important then who actually does the judging. If they aren't looking for the same thing then the judging will never be fair.

Well i assumed it will be something like: style, difficulty, originality, and use of park? .... or something along those lines.

And jordan ill put you and myself in for advanced but if someone more experienced or respected than ourselves wants to do it im letting them. I consider myself more like a last resort for judging.

Consistency: How clean they ride

Variety: How many different types of tricks they can do

Amplitude: How big they go

Give each category a possible 100 points or something so there is 300 points possible from each judge then total the points.

Who is not entering best trick who would like to judge it?

Flyer is done, i did a half assed job but its done. I wish my harddrive didn't crash when i had the other one done, it looked better :(
