if you want me to film any bands, let me know in advance. if its someone i really like though i probably won't film...ill watch. And i'm not filming SKSK again, already did once haha.

I'd shoot myself if I had to see CIWWAF or Mayday Parade, no way i'd go to those haha. Saosin would probably be pretty good, they're just so damn repetitive. Not too sure about that first sure though.

well keep in mind too that if any of my friends like a band thats playing and i dont ill just go up with them for a ride and scooter XW that night. haha.

or even if someone you want to see isnt good, you can always turn around and start riding haha.

and PS the january 26th show review.

i got in the park at like 3:30 because i was going to ride beforehand. at about 5:30 they were telling everyone to stop riding/skating that area where eveyone skates flat (in front of the stage) so i went and stood front and center.

at 6:25 gwen stacy took the stage. they were really good IMO, especially for me never hearing them before. the crowd wasnt really too into them so that was gay, but they played good.

when they were done and drop dead gorgeous was announced next i swear i thought i was going to die. huge surge towards the front of the stage... and at XW there is like a bar that holds people back.... and all during drop dead gorgeous i was trying to not die being pressed against this bar.

ddg was good though, at least better than i expected from seeing them before. their vocalists voice annoyed me less, and the crowd was way into them so it helped.

sksk, one of the best shows ive ever been to. It was seriously so good. being front and center watching everyone go crazy and getting fallen on by crowdsurfers and pressed against that bar did not matter. i was seeing one of my favorite bands live and it was fucking awesome. during one of the songs pouyan grabbed my hand and started like humping it haha it was great. after their set i knew i could not take any more abuse from that bar (stupidity intended) and i just followed to where they were getting off the stage. i found pouyan and we were talking for a little and he signed the back of my drivers license haha. good shit. mad cool dude.

haste the day. alright while they were setting up and everything i was talking to pouyan then getting a decent spot towards the back. during their set i thought they sounded really good, and the crowd seemed into them, just not as much as ddg or sksk. it was still a sweet set from them, i just dont think they are "omg omg omg omg haste the day" that everyone was telling me they were haha.

I told him to and send it to me on his phone but he didn't=[ I saw saosin last night with armor, the bled and meriwether. Damn good show, the bled put on a good show but saosin... If it wasn't hard enough already it's hard to tell there songs apart alot of there songs sound the same live.

old emarosa. i'm not too into their demo's with the new singer. i loved him in dance gavin dance, but just doesn't fit in emarosa. dance gavin dance had that groovy r&bish vibe to it, and his voice fit perfect, but i think emarosa's instrumental parts are too heavy for his voice. needs more screaming.

edit: i dont know what i'm bitching about, it'd still probably be awesome. and story of the year is playing at a skatepark? i thought they were pretty big.

I actually talked to virginia about the possibility of getting a decent show there the night before instead of shit local bands. She said she will talk to the promoter, but it all based on who is touring when and where ya know.

saturday nights show was soo packed it sucked. fucking scene kids running all over the place.

and in case you didnt know already, there is skatelite literally EVERYWHERE in the park now. as soon as you walk in the doors after the lockers, its all skatelite. concessions, stage standing area, table/chair/bench area, oh yeah and the whole park. lol.
