nah, not just that, I think it's mainly that there's no super quick method besides pissing in a cup to test if you're high when driving like there is a breathalyzer for alcohol. Another one I've heard, but seems kinda far fetched and bullshitty is the "it will make everyone lazy" argument, which is mostly false because if you legalize, then the people who already do it won't necessarily start smoking more. I'm for legalizing all the way though, it's a waste of time for cops to be booking kids for lighting up a J, when they should be bustin up crack houses and meth labs instead. It will probably create more jobs, plus the government could potentially collect a huge tax revenue off of it, so I don't see what the big deal is.
