YAK Wheels to start

Even though I hear to buy ES wheels, but they are pretty spendy and I am not a pro. Are the YAK Full Metal Cores that bad, I don't really want to spend a lot on Eagles when i am not even flipping, so I figured I would get the middle level wheels to start off.

No you're not. I destroyed like 10 of them in five minutes.
The only YAKS I will ever use is the 110s blue core. Only in the front though.

i like the scats, but only for a front wheel, they feel weird in the back cause they're so skinny. if you could find a used eagle in the sell your stuff section for cheap i would jump on that.

yup. alaska is the sh!t. I love it. Scooter and baseball in the summer, snowboard/snowskate in the winter. hella fun. So yak in the front, eagle in the back?

Yak metalcores are called Yak SKATs and theyre complete shit. they are really thin, dehub easily, and the plastic bearing cups/slots break or fall out easily.

Yeh I have heard skats are crappy and you don't need eagles just for flipping I can't flip and I have them they last sooooooo long

if you dont break plastic cores, just get some good plastic core wheels and hot glue them. all these people think metalcores are 42309573490 times better, but in reality plastics are just as good or better than metals unless you are riding hard/sketchy and weigh a lot.
